Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Certain orders will be subject to address verification checks and must match addresses on file with the credit card company that you choose to use for payment. This means that if you choose to ship to an address that is different from the billing address of your credit card, you will need to contact your credit card company and add that alternate address to your account, so that we may verify that your shipping address is actually authorized by you.
All PayPal transactions will be only shipped to a PayPal "Confirmed" address, regardless of what you may enter on the ship to info on our order page. |
Pricing
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping
process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the more than 1000 items in our catalog are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify
prices as part of our shipping procedures.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

UPS Ground is used on most orders! Faster shipping is available just ask.
Most orders received today will ship tomorrow (or next business day)!
AK and HI we will email you shipping charges within 24 hours.
Regardless of the size or weight of your order:
You pay only:
$3.95 for orders up to $99.99,
$7.95 for orders from $100 to $299.99, or
$9.95 for orders over $300.
Wire orders have an additional $10 per roll added in.

Returns are handled manually by requesting via replying to any of your confirmation emails, by our contact page or by calling us 800-786-3197 x702.
You've got 6 months to return your purchase if you're not completely happy. You must contact us and you will be issued a "Return Authorization" number (RA#). Use this number on your package when shipping your product back. If you have decided to return the product and the product does not have a Manufacturers defect, send it back to us by any shipping method you choose.
There will be no restocking fee on single item returns. Meaning, that if you are not sure before you purchase and you'd like to try out one of our products to see if it is up to your standards, you can return it after trying it out for a full 100% unconditional refund.
If you're returning items above single quanties, a restocking fee will apply. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply for goods returned without defects. 20%-50% Restocking Fee may apply to items not defective but used and not in new resellable condition.
Restocking fee will not apply to defective goods.
If you have a defective product we will issue a "Return Service" call tag at our expense within the first 6 months. After 6 months your manufacturers warranty will apply. Credit will be issued to your original credit card. Typical credit times are 7 days after we receive the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Tools are not returnable. |
