I forgot to print out my receipt!
That's ok, things happen. You have also been emailed your receipt. Check your spam or junk boxes to see if we ended up in there. The filters sometimes filter out "automated" emails as malecious.

But I think I entered my email address wrong!
Don't worry, real people look at your order when it comes in. We get lots of folks with email addresses from aoll.com and .eathlink.net and attt.net and verison.com.  Most of the time we'll get your receipt "returned" to us via another email that tells us the address can't be delivered.  If we can't guess the typo, we'll call you.  If you've typed your email AND your phone number wrong, we may call your credit card company and have them contact you via their agent.  If you haven't heard or seen anything from us within one business day, just give us a call 800-786-3197.

Can you just fax me my receipt?
Sure, just give us a call and we'll print one out for you.
