Kevlar is an amazing fibrous material developed by two DuPont research scientists in 1965. The technology developed by Stephanie Kwolek and Herbert Blades proved to be stronger, more durable and lighter than any other material available. Kevlar is 5 times stronger than steel of the same weight. These unique properties lend Kevlar to a wide variety of applications. As you may know, one of first and most well known applications is for bullet resistant vests used by law enforcement as well as the military because of the superior bullet stopping power it provides without adding weight and restricting movement. Installation is very easy and fast because of the Kwik Klamps(TM).

A +/- 3 dB switch is on the face and these even have a self resetting overload switch to protect the speakers in case of overdriving.

Ideal as main speakers, surround sound or remote speaker applications. Also an excellent choice for use with a subWoofer. Two-way design includes a 6dB crossover, polymica cone Woofer and 1" soft dome Tweeter, for high frequency response up to 20KHz. White plastic frame and painted steel grill compliments any decor. Attached mounting brackets easily mount to wall board without the need for additional hardware. 8ohm. Sold in pairs.
