International Orders

We will ship to US, UK and Canada
Payments from UK will only be accepted via Paypal
If you use Paypal, items will be shipped to your Paypal confirmed address. (No exceptions)
All items must be in stock before shipping
Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT
You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise
Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination.
Inwall Audio/Video and Networking, Inc. makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the continental U.S. Please check with the manufacturer before placing your order to determine if the product warranty is honored in your country and if there are authorized warranty service providers or centers in your country.

After your order is placed we will have all items first shipped to one warehouse to combine your package into one complete shipment, this time could be from 1-5 days before the items leave our final warehouse.
Shipping times vary once the package is with the final carrier. This should be no more than 14 days. Most often 2-5 days.
That shipment will then be prepared to ship to your country, complete with all the information needed to process any duty, VAT or other type of destination tax.
All our responsibility for your product will end when we hand off the package to the shipper.
You will then be responsible to track the shipment, pay all the fees levied by your country and finally acquire the shipment.

UPS now offers a "Standard Ground" service to Canada.
Pricing for Standard Ground is within our shipping parameters to use under our Flat Rate Ground Services pricing!
However, additional charges will be levied by UPS Customs Brokerage Services. It has been reported that these fees have ranged from $30-$50 for handling at the border.
Duty, VAT or any other types of taxes are still added on at the destination, so do your homework before ordering.
