Inwall wire is only different in that the jacket emits lower amounts of fumes when burned.
This is required by building codes everywhere to protect you in the event of a fire,
that you have more time to escape with lower overall fumes being created by the fire.
All electrical wiring must conform to these standards.
You need to use at least a CL2 rated wire for residential applications.
You need to use at least a CL3 rated wire for commercial applications in most areas.
CMR Rated wire is a higher standard than CL3 Rated wire.
