I had previously bought all my in wall speakers for this site.  I could call, ask technical questions and get answers without waiting on hold or calling a foreign country.  The quality is so good even my friend who does professional installations was surprised. This volume control does what it's supposed to do. Relatively easy to install. Small connectors can be overcome with an extra set of hands at install. Best of all, easy to operate.
